I provide a safe and caring environment for you to get in touch with your own personal energy. Release blockages, open and balance your energy centers, and experience a deeper mind/body connection. I also offer intuitive reiki.

Rejuvenating Face Massage
Recline on a warm and comfortable massage table in a peaceful and welcoming environment.
Gentle stretching of neck, and shoulders is followed by focused facial acupressure, facial lymphatic drainage, and facial massage.
Addresses areas of tension, improves circulation and oxygenates the skin. Reduces puffiness, flushes toxins, tones and rejuvenates.
This session leaves your entire mind and body relaxed and your face feeling pampered.

Indian Head Massage
For your comfort you can choose to
recline on a warm massage table and close your eyes,
or sit in a comfortable chair with a soft blanket for this beautiful, peaceful session.
Experience deep relaxation through a combination of brisk scalp massage and gentle sweeping techniques. Addresses areas of tension on your face, scalp, and neck. (Shoulders, and upper back - chair only).

Choose to have moisturizing natural oils applied to your face, scalp, and hair or go oil-free.
Excellent for reducing eye strain, relieving tension headaches, fighting the effects of anxiety and fatigue. Stimulates the scalp, and provides relief for sinus pain and pressure.

Little Paradise
A head-to-toe pampering session.​
Begin your journey on a warm and cozy massage table with Indian Head Massage and gentle facial acupressure (with or without the use of oils).

Next, your hands receive some TLC with acupressure massage and hot towels.
​
Finally, your foot get some pampering with a mini reflexology session, sweeping massage and hot towels.
​
The session is brought to a close with the beautiful healing energy of Reiki to ground and balance your mind and body.

A lovely complement to Foot Reflexology.
A short 20 minute sweeping massage of the lower leg and knee area.

Welcome! I'm Kim, Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist.​

Quiet Reflexology is a friendly, home-based business focused on providing excellent quality, professional Reflexology and holistic care.
My goal is to make you feel welcome and comfortable, and for you to experience relaxation and better health through reflexology.
Reflexology is a holistic therapy that induces deep relaxation, relieves physical and mental tension, improves circulation, and offers many other beneficial effects which can be felt immediately - and up to 72 hours after a session. It's an excellent complement to your wellness regime - and all you have to do is remove your shoes and socks, lay back, and enjoy.
I am fascinated by holistic wellness - and dedicated to continued learning in order to best serve my clients. In addition to Foot and Hand Reflexology, I also offer a selection of gentle and relaxing natural therapies such as Reiki, Intuitive Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Rejuvenating Face Massage, Hot Stones, and more.​
