
Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, please provide no less than 24 hours notice to cancel.
I can be reached by phone, text, or email.
If I am with a client I may not be able to respond right away, please leave me a message.

Late Policy
If you arrive late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Weather
If we are experiencing bad weather and poor driving conditions I will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

No-Show Policy
When no effort is made to inform us of your absence, you may be billed for 30% of your missed session. (Laundry, hot towels, paperwork, preparation of materials and equipment, and the time made available to you are why a no-show fee may be incurred). I understand that situations beyond your control may arise, and an exception may be made. Repeat cancellations or no-shows will require a deposit to book in future, or service may be refused.
