It's incredible how our body gives us natural clues to find reflex points.
The natural shape and curves of the spinal vertebrae follow a curve pattern very similar to the medial edge of the foot.
Interestingly enough, this is where the spinal reflexes lie. The toes are where the head and neck reflexes are located. from beneath the toes and downward, the vertebrae of the spine match the location of reflexes, organs, glands, and parts located on the feet. It is a perfect guide provided by mother nature.
